Operator

About the role

We are looking for an Operator to support our production line, ensuring that manufacturing plans are met and that output remains efficient and compliant with internal procedures and safety regulations. The role contributes directly to maintaining product quality and meeting delivery targets.

Key responsibilities

• Follow internal work instructions, safety rules and EHS regulations while executing production tasks.
• Assist in budgeting, resource allocation and cost control for the unit.
• Prepare wafers, components or semi‑products and monitor hand‑stock levels.
• Process components or products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Perform basic machine setup and carry out CNC or SPS programming when required.
• Collaborate with maintenance technicians or external service providers to resolve equipment issues.
• Report any failures or dysfunctions to the supervisor promptly.

Required profile

• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and safety guidelines.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing budgeting and cost management.
• Willingness to work on the shop floor and report issues accurately.
