Operations Manager – Sales

About the role

One Park Financial is seeking a results‑driven Operations Manager to lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing sales team in Santo Domingo. You will act as the bridge between strategic sales objectives and daily execution, ensuring the team consistently meets and exceeds revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop sales representatives through one‑on‑one sessions, live call monitoring, role‑plays, and real‑time feedback.
• Track and analyze individual and team performance metrics (conversion rates, pipeline velocity, call activity, closing rates) and turn data into targeted coaching actions.
• Manage the sales pipeline hands‑on, understand each deal, follow up consistently, and drive opportunities to close.
• Conduct takeover and second‑voice calls to demonstrate objection handling and closing techniques.
• Run daily huddles and weekly performance reviews to maintain momentum and alignment.
• Design and implement Performance Improvement Plans for under‑performing members with clear milestones.
• Identify skills gaps across the team and coordinate training or mentorship to close them.
