About the role

The company is seeking a skilled CNC Operator to run CNC machines, lathes and milling equipment efficiently and safely. The role focuses on maintaining high quality, productivity and safety standards while supporting the production team.

Key responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines, lathes, milling machines and similar equipment.
• Execute production processes in accordance with quality standards.
• Ensure safe operation of all machinery.
• Interpret manufacturing drawings when required.
• Use measurement instruments to verify product specifications.
• Follow industrial safety regulations.
• Maintain focus on productivity and results.
• Collaborate closely with the production team.

Required profile

• Technical training in Industrial Mechanics, Turning, CNC Operation or related fields.
• Experience operating CNC machines, lathes, milling machines or similar equipment.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.
• Residence in Boca del Monte or ability to commute to the workplace.
