About the role

The Customer Service and Billing Officer will greet and assist clients in person, by phone, and through digital channels. The role combines front‑line customer support with accurate invoice generation and fiscal documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome clients courteously at the service desk and guide them through product selection.
• Answer client inquiries via phone, social media, and messaging apps.
• Verify client data (name, ID, address, phone) and ensure it is correctly recorded.
• Issue the appropriate fiscal receipt (consumption, credit, governmental, special regime) using the WareSoft system.
• Register invoices, products, quantities, prices and discounts; calculate totals, taxes and final amounts.
• Explain receipt types to clients when needed and correct or cancel invoices following internal procedures.
• Maintain organized billing documentation and handle cash responsibly.
• Notify relevant departments of returns, changes or incidents promptly.

Required profile

• Completed high school diploma (mandatory).
• Technical or vocational training in Marketing, Accounting or related fields (preferred).
• Male candidates aged 18‑35.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the WareSoft invoicing system.
