About the role

The Customer Service Officer will provide efficient and effective assistance to bank clients, both in‑person and by phone, while supporting the business area with administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to clients personally and via telephone, addressing inquiries and complaints.
• Open new accounts and enroll customers in internet banking.
• Support business‑area staff in compiling files and meeting documentation requirements.
• Register credit cases managed by the business area.
• Custody and process financial certificates.
• Prepare loan and savings dossiers, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.

Required profile

• University student studying Administration, Accounting, Marketing or a related field.
• Proactive attitude with strong service orientation.
• Attention to detail and good negotiation abilities.
• Team player with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
