About the role

The Recovery Officer for the North Zone will focus on reducing delinquency indicators by managing both in‑person and telephone collections. The role requires a firm, ethical, and respectful approach to recover outstanding balances while supporting clients to improve their credit histories.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct field and phone collections with debtors, co‑debtors, or guarantors.
• Monitor and follow up on payment agreements and commitments.
• Assist the legal team with judicial collection processes.
• Prepare and review basic legal documents related to the portfolio.
• Locate and contact difficult clients to recover accounts.
• Record all activities and results in the internal system.

Required profile

• University student pursuing a degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in collections (preferably field) or sales.
• Basic understanding of legal processes and collection regulations (desired).
• Own vehicle with up‑to‑date documentation and a valid driver’s license.
• Full availability to travel within the assigned zone.
