About the role

We are seeking an analytical and organized Portfolio Management Officer to provide operational support in supervising and administering an investment fund. The role involves ensuring accurate accounting, compliance, and reporting in line with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Key responsibilities

• Register and reconcile the fund’s investments under IFRS.
• Support the calculation and review of the fund’s unit value.
• Track interests, amortizations, dividends, and distributions.
• Verify required documentation for each disbursement.
• Maintain up‑to‑date investment files.
• Monitor concentration, liquidity, leverage, and exposure limits.
• Follow up on compliance with financial and operational covenants.
• Prepare portfolio position reports and documentation for the Investment Committee.
• Consolidate performance and risk indicators (KPIs and KRIs) for the portfolio.

Required profile

• Professional degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Knowledge of financial accounting, IFRS and investment analysis.
• High analytical, organizational, and detail‑oriented abilities.
• Experience in investment funds, securities markets or financial institutions is a plus.
