Network Scheduler – Integrated Business Planning

About the role

Eaton’s ES AMER PCS division is looking for a Network Scheduler (IBP) to manage short‑term product availability and exception handling for finished and semi‑finished goods. The role focuses on the 0‑3 month execution horizon, ensuring capacity and material constraints are addressed through scenario planning and close collaboration with demand and supply stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop accurate 0‑12 week plans and the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for finished products.
• Coordinate a team of buyers, planners, and production schedulers to deliver the MPS and minimize demand‑at‑risk.
• Manage short‑term exceptions, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions with material planners, buyers, and production schedulers.
• Escalate and resolve capacity shortages, communicating material impacts on the short‑term plan.
• Collaborate across Eaton’s network and with external vendors to resolve availability issues and support slow‑moving inventory decisions.
• Monitor schedule adherence, on‑time service levels, and inventory exceptions; report KPIs to improve cash, cost, and customer service.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance or related field; Master’s in Supply Chain preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain functions such as materials management, demand planning, SIOP, or procurement.
• Strong analytical mindset, adaptability, and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Required skills

• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience with PBIMRP tools (Mapics, Oracle, Kinaxis).
• APICS CPIM certification (preferred).
