Motion Graphic Designer – Director of Art & Motion

About the role

We are looking for a creative professional who can capture attention, make people stop scrolling, and leave a lasting impression. As a Director of Art & Motion at Grupo PAV, you will help build mental space for brands by designing immersive experiences, campaigns, and high‑impact visual content.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize and animate complete campaigns for social media, performance marketing, events, and audiovisual content.
• Create Reels, TikToks, digital ads, corporate videos, and other dynamic pieces that drive business results.
• Lead visual direction for projects, raising the creative standards of the team.
• Collaborate with strategy, branding, performance marketing, and technology teams to ensure cohesive brand experiences.

Required profile

• Exceptional visual sense with a strong portfolio that blends static design, motion, and storytelling.
• Ability to connect creativity with measurable business outcomes.
• Detail‑oriented mindset and passion for pushing the limits of motion design.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma.
• Solid expertise in After Effects and Motion Graphics.
• Basic editing skills in Premiere Pro.
• Experience using AI tools for visual and audiovisual generation.
