About the role

The company is looking for a reliable messenger to handle order pickups and deliveries across the city. The role involves direct interaction with customers, ensuring parcels are delivered safely and on time while providing courteous service.

Key responsibilities

• Collect prepared orders from the warehouse or distribution point.
• Verify order completeness before leaving the premises.
• Contact customers to confirm address or coordinate delivery time.
• Confirm customer identity and obtain signature or delivery confirmation.
• Deliver products in perfect condition and handle cash or Verifone payments for COD orders.
• Report any delays, issues, or failed deliveries to the route manager.
• Return undelivered items to the logistics department.
• Maintain product safety during transport and comply with company policies.

Required profile

• Residence in the Distrito Nacional.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Secondary education or high school diploma (preferred).
• Minimum six months experience as a messenger or delivery driver (desirable).
• Familiarity with the local delivery area (desirable).

Required skills

• Use of Verifone payment terminal.

What we offer

• Fixed schedule: Monday‑Friday 11:00 pm‑8:00 pm, Sunday 11:00 am‑4:00 pm, Saturday off.
