Mensajero Administrativo – Entrega y Recogida

About the role

The Administrative Messenger is responsible for the safe and timely delivery and collection of documents, invoices, checks and legal paperwork across the city. The role requires organizing daily routes, validating documentation, and supporting management as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and organize daily delivery and collection routes.
• Validate and sort documents according to each route.
• Deliver and pick up correspondence, invoices, checks and legal documents at banks, ministries, customs and other relevant entities.
• Execute planned routes using a personal motorcycle or a company vehicle, depending on load size and task nature.
• Provide ad‑hoc support to management for additional requests.

Required profile

• Minimum high school education.
• At least one year of proven experience in messenger services, document distribution or related logistics.
• Own a well‑maintained motorcycle with up‑to‑date registration and insurance.
• Valid Category 2 driving licence.
• Strong knowledge of the city’s geography, alternative routes and locations of governmental and financial institutions.

Required skills

• Salary of 29,988 (local currency) paid monthly.
