Marketing Operations Associate

About the role

Proxima, on behalf of its client Stella Ventures Collective, is looking for a Marketing Operations Associate to execute email and digital campaigns for multiple client accounts. The position requires hands‑on experience in email marketing, automation, QA, reporting and e‑commerce marketing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Build, schedule, launch and monitor email and digital marketing campaigns.
• Create and maintain automated email flows, sequences, triggers and audience segments.
• Perform pre‑launch QA, testing, targeting checks and campaign validation.
• Track campaign performance and prepare clear reports.
• Manage campaign calendars, assets, approvals, deadlines and documentation.
• Identify blockers early and proactively drive tasks to completion.
• Support multiple brands, clients or business units using repeatable, well‑documented processes.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in marketing operations, email marketing, automation or digital campaign execution.
• Direct experience building and launching email campaigns and automated flows (coordination‑only is insufficient).
• Experience with segmentation, triggers, dynamic lists, QA, testing, scheduling and reporting.
• Strong professional English and clear written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization and ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
