Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of the company's marketing strategy, aiming to strengthen the brand, increase sales, attract new customers and retain existing ones. This role works closely with sales, customer service and operations to ensure alignment of all commercial initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the annual strategic marketing plan.
• Create and manage advertising campaigns across traditional and digital media.
• Oversee the marketing budget and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity and consumer behavior to inform strategy.

• Supervise social‑media channels, website and other digital platforms.

• Lead, motivate and develop the marketing team to achieve set goals.
