Marketing Director

About the role

Responsible for leveraging vision, leadership, and a process‑driven mindset to improve lead generation, target segmentation, and new‑customer growth strategies. The role shapes marketing efforts and aligns departmental functions to generate leads for call‑center agents and create demand for contact‑center services in the US healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and motivate the marketing team, set expectations, and conduct performance evaluations and talent development.
• Analyze data from CRM, CMS, ATS and other platforms to produce weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for the Executive Team.
• Collaborate with Business Development, PnC and Customer Success to ensure marketing aligns with overall business strategy.
• Oversee campaign execution across multiple channels, coordinate with SEO content writers and support PPC initiatives.
• Develop and refine long‑term marketing strategies, trade‑show plans, content plans and conduct market and competitive analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing or Communications.
• Experience in graphic design, marketing or communications roles.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational abilities and a strategic mindset.
