Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Casa Linda is seeking a highly organized and dependable Marketing Coordinator to keep its marketing department running smoothly. The role focuses on coordination and administration, ensuring projects, schedules, files and follow‑up tasks stay on track while also providing light creative support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage routine marketing requests, clarify requirements and track tasks across departments, contractors and vendors.
• Assist in implementing approved campaigns across digital, print, email and social media channels.
• Maintain the marketing calendar and project tracker with clear owners, deadlines and approval steps.
• Coordinate assignments and priorities for photo, video and social media contractors, monitoring progress and flagging delays.
• Prepare meeting notes, action items and concise weekly status updates.
• Build and quality‑check newsletters, landing pages, forms and WordPress content updates.
• Use campaign checklists to verify copy, links, images, dates and approvals before publishing.
• Organise and maintain the marketing Google Drive with consistent folder structures, naming standards and version control.

Required profile

• Strong organization, communication and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn new systems, ask questions and take pride in producing accurate, professional work.
• Ability to work independently while supporting the Marketing Director.
