Marketing & Communications Lead – Central America & Caribbean

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, strategic, and hands‑on Marketing and Communications Lead to shape and execute our regional strategy across Central America and the Caribbean. Based in Santo Domingo, this hybrid position blends office collaboration with remote flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the regional marketing team, setting clear objectives and monitoring performance.
• Design and implement integrated marketing, internal and external communication plans that drive brand positioning, client engagement and revenue growth.
• Partner with global Centers of Excellence (Internal Communications, Digital Marketing, Brand, Events, Creative Services, Media Relations, Practice Marketing) to ensure alignment with global priorities.
• Collaborate closely with sales leadership to align product and sales strategies, maximizing commercial impact.
• Oversee multi‑product, multi‑service, multi‑channel campaigns across consulting and insurance lines.
• Manage public‑relations and brand‑positioning initiatives, ensuring a client‑first reputation.
• Control budgets, optimise workflows and assess processes for efficiency.

Required profile

• 10+ years of progressive marketing and sales leadership experience in B2B, complex or fast‑growing organisations.
• Proven ability to manage both direct and indirect reports.
• Strong experience partnering with sales on product and marketing strategy.
• Demonstrated expertise in public relations and brand positioning.
