Manufacturing Supervisor

About the role

Eaton’s ADMIN division is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead production operations, ensure quality compliance, and drive continuous improvement on the Haina plant.

Key responsibilities

• Plan daily production loads based on open orders and monitor performance against targets.
• Maintain ISO 9001 quality standards, manage raw‑material and in‑process inventory, and achieve metrics such as fill rate, scrap reduction and non‑stock performance.
• Lead preventive and corrective actions through weekly departmental meetings and present monthly performance results.
• Supervise hourly production personnel, handle attendance, conflicts, disciplinary actions and coordinate HR movements.
• Oversee technical staff responsible for machinery maintenance and ensure compliance with ELS tools and training.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement teams, promote Lean practices and execute monthly safety inspections.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar manufacturing supervisory role.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Proven track record of achieving production and quality targets.
• Experience managing personnel and driving process improvements.

Required skills

• Advanced PC knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Statistical Process Control.
• Lean methodology.
• ISO 9001 quality standards.
• ISO 14001 environmental standards.
• Knowledge of Eaton Business System (EBS) – preferred.
