Manufacturing Process Engineer

About the role

MPG is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to design, develop, and continuously improve manufacturing processes for high‑quality RF components and subsystems. The role works on‑site with cross‑functional teams to ensure efficient, safe, and cost‑effective production.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimise manufacturing layouts, production sequences, tooling, and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in collaboration with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Design Engineering.
• Conduct process testing, validation, and performance analysis.
• Support new product introductions and manufacturing transfers.
• Provide technical input to product design to ensure manufacturability.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and organisational requirements.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives to boost productivity, reduce waste, and improve on‑time delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering, preferably in electronics manufacturing.
• Proven experience with process optimisation, troubleshooting, and continuous‑improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Root‑Cause Analysis.
• Familiarity with quality tools and documentation (work instructions, SOPs).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
