About the role
We are looking for a Manufacturing Helper to support our production line, ensuring that plans are followed and output remains efficient. The role involves hands‑on work with wafers, components and semi‑finished products in a fast‑paced factory environment.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with production plans and internal work instructions.
- Monitor hand‑stock and prepare wafers, components, and semi‑products.
- Process components according to specifications and quality standards.
- Perform basic machine setup and, when required, CNC or SPS programming.
- Cooperate with maintenance technicians and external service providers on repair issues.
- Report any failures or dysfunctions to supervisors promptly.
- Observe all safety, EHS and company regulations.
Required profile
- Ability to execute tasks as instructed.
- Willingness to report problems and follow safety rules.
