Manufacturing Helper

About the role

The Manufacturing Helper supports the production line by ensuring compliance with plans, maintaining efficiency, and following safety and environmental regulations. This position works on the shop floor, assisting with preparation of wafers, components, and semi‑products, and helps keep the manufacturing process on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor production plans and line outputs to guarantee overall efficiency.
• Follow internal work instructions, safety rules, and EHS regulations.
• Assist in budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control for the unit.
• Prepare wafers, components, and semi‑products, and manage related hand‑stock.
• Process components or products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Perform basic machine setup and, when required, CNC or SPS programming.
• Collaborate with maintenance technicians and external service providers to resolve repair issues.

Required profile

• Ability to execute assigned tasks accurately and report any failures promptly.
• Compliance with all work rules and EHS regulations.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.
