About the role

Mastercard Advisors is seeking a Managing Consultant to lead client‑service projects focused on strategy and transformation. You will work with financial institutions and merchants worldwide, delivering data‑driven insights and actionable recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and triangulate data from multiple sources to build reliable fact bases.
• Apply quantitative and qualitative analytical techniques to identify client issues and formulate clear recommendations.
• Prepare draft reports and steering‑committee presentations requiring minimal editing.
• Deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Plan and organise work for yourself and analysts, ensuring project budgets and profitability targets are met.
• Extract and share intellectual capital, tools, methods, and best practices across engagements.
• Support client relationship management and business‑development activities with local market teams.

Required profile

• Proven consulting experience or equivalent business‑management experience, preferably within a major financial institution.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
• Professional proficiency in English and the local language.
• Strong analytical, interpretive and problem‑solving abilities, capable of turning ambiguous data into concise, recommendation‑focused output.
