Logistics Supervisor (CoE)

About the role

The Logistics Supervisor (CoE) leads logistics operations and transportation planning to ensure service excellence, cost optimization, and supply chain resiliency. This role acts as the primary escalation point for logistics issues and drives continuous improvement across distribution centers, manufacturing plants, carriers, and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily logistics and transportation planning to achieve on‑time, cost‑effective movement of materials and finished goods.
• Monitor performance, address service disruptions, and manage escalation of logistics‑related issues.
• Partner with plants, distribution centers, customer service, procurement, and supply‑chain teams to align logistics activities with business priorities.
• Manage carrier performance, support freight accrual, reconciliation, and compliance processes.
• Utilize TMS, ERP, Power BI, and other logistics technologies to drive efficiency and compliance.
• Develop and maintain logistics performance dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Lead, coach, and develop Logistics Schedulers and Analysts, setting priorities and ensuring timely execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in logistics, supply management, inventory management or related supply‑chain areas.
• Strong analytical ability to gather data from multiple systems and provide meaningful interpretation.
• High proficiency in English and ability to anticipate and resolve logistics issues proactively.

Required skills

• Knowledge of SIOP, demand planning, analytics, and carrier RFQ quotation.
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce and other ERP systems.
• Proficiency with TMS, Power BI and related logistics technologies.
• Process standardization and data‑driven decision‑making.
