Logistics Officer / Driver

About the role

Join a global Christian NGO dedicated to improving the lives of vulnerable children. The Logistics Officer / Driver will support the National Office’s logistics operations, ensuring efficient transport, warehousing, and inventory management for program activities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with all logistics tasks in line with local and global policies.
• Provide effective transportation solutions, including vehicle dispatch and route planning.
• Manage reception, warehousing, and inventory for WVRD activities.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance and monitor usage of assigned units.
• Organise transport and equipment for internal and external events.
• Receive and distribute goods to designated areas.

Required profile

• University student (or recent graduate).
• Minimum 3 years experience in vehicle transport services, especially in challenging or complex road conditions.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal clients.
• Experience in NGO operations is a plus.

Required skills

• Intermediate knowledge of Windows operating system.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with national road networks.
• Logistics and inventory management capabilities.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate mechanical vehicles.
