Logistics Manager (Bilingual English/Spanish)

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Manager who is fluent in English and Spanish. The role involves overseeing daily logistics operations, coordinating orders, monitoring inventory, and maintaining effective communication with warehouses, customers, and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily logistics operations, order processing, and fulfillment.
• Communicate with customers, warehouse personnel, and external partners in both English and Spanish.
• Track inventory availability, order status, and delivery schedules, and follow up on pending orders and shipments.
• Work with warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and maintain accurate records using an ERP system.
• Prepare daily employee reports, monitor operational KPIs, and identify and resolve operational issues.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with ERP or order management systems.
• Experience with SqUID ERP (or similar management systems) is a plus.
