Logistics Coordinator – Advisor Partnerships

About the role

UJV is looking for a Logistics Coordinator – Advisor Partnerships to support the company’s growth by handling the logistical details of business development initiatives. The role will work closely with the Head of Business Development, Directors and external partners to ensure events, familiarisation trips and client‑gift programmes run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and coordinate UJV’s participation in networking events, trade shows and conferences, managing invitations, registrations, event materials and post‑event follow‑up.
• Plan and execute Familiarisation (FAM) trips, creating detailed itineraries (flights, accommodation, transport, activities) using FamGuru and collecting participant feedback.
• Support client gifting programmes, including flowers, e‑gift cards and branded items, and assist with year‑end gift purchasing.
• Prepare and manage webinars (registration, Zoom setup, materials) and collaborate on special projects with senior leadership.
• Track overrides, maintain records of invoices and signed agreements, and generate production reports from Tableau for account reviews.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in coordination, logistics, events or a similar role (hospitality, travel or business‑development support is a plus).
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
