Live-in Caregiver for Elderly Blind Woman

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate live‑in caregiver to provide comprehensive support to an elderly blind lady in Bonao, Dominican Republic. The role runs from Monday morning until Saturday morning, offering a stable, full‑time schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Accompany and assist the lady throughout the day, ensuring her safety and comfort.
• Help her move around the house with assistance.
• Assist with bathing, personal hygiene, and dressing as needed.
• Prepare meals, monitor nutrition, and ensure regular food intake.
• Administer prescribed medication under the supervision of her daughter.
• Maintain a clean, organized bedroom, bathroom, and living areas.
• Laundry duties, including washing clothes, bedding, and changing sheets.
• Provide respectful companionship and report any significant changes to family members.

Required profile

• Responsible, honest, and trustworthy.
• Patient, respectful, and able to treat the lady with affection.
• Organized, clean, and willing to assist with personal hygiene.
• Basic cooking skills for simple meals.
• Preferably experienced in senior home care.
• Available to work Monday‑Friday with overnight stay.
• Can provide personal or professional references.
