Lifeguard – Safety and Guest Experience

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Lifeguard to ensure the safety and enjoyment of guests in our recreational areas such as pools, beaches, or ski slopes. The successful candidate will monitor activities, provide timely assistance, and enforce safety rules to create a secure and pleasant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor all recreational zones to guarantee participant safety.
• Enforce facility and safety regulations consistently.
• Provide immediate rescue assistance and support to guests in need.
• Administer first aid, CPR, and AED treatment when required.
• Address guest concerns and complaints to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Conduct daily safety checks and ensure equipment is functional.
• Attend mandatory training sessions and keep certifications up to date.
• Collaborate with fellow lifeguards and facility staff to uphold safety standards.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of professional lifeguarding or related safety experience.
• Formal training or certification in lifeguarding, first aid, CPR, and AED use.
• Ability to work with moderate supervision while following established procedures.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Commitment to continuous learning and personal development.
