About the role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Operational Leader to oversee the daily operations of our business. The role ensures that sales, customer service, order processing, warehouse, and dispatch functions work together efficiently and meet performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the entire business operation throughout the day.
• Monitor the sales team and ensure achievement of sales goals.
• Manage WhatsApp, Instagram, and other customer‑service channels, guaranteeing quick responses and follow‑up.
• Maintain high customer‑service standards and resolve escalated issues.
• Oversee order preparation, invoicing, and dispatch.
• Coordinate the warehouse, confirming that orders are complete and accurate.
• Track couriers, routes, deliveries, returns, and pending orders.
• Control dispatch errors, cancellations, and loss‑generating situations.
• Supervise staff schedules, task execution, and operational discipline.
• Distribute tasks and verify their completion.
• Resolve day‑to‑day operational problems without constant owner involvement.
• Report any critical incidents immediately.
• Provide a daily summary of sales, orders, incidents, and pending items.
• Propose improvements to make operations faster, more organized, and more profitable.

Required profile

• Student near graduation or graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Proactive attitude, active listening, teamwork orientation, and results‑driven mindset.
