About the role

The Shift Leader will oversee daily operations of a supermarket, ensuring that quality, cost and time standards are met while driving sales, profitability and excellent customer service. The role reports directly to the store manager and is based on‑site in Santo Domingo Oeste.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and control all supermarket activities during the assigned shift.
• Ensure compliance with established quality, cost and timing procedures.
• Lead a team of employees, managing schedules, performance and training.
• Coordinate departmental stores and oversee warehouse logistics.
• Utilize office systems to monitor inventory, sales data and operational metrics.
• Monitor and control inventory levels during the shift.
• Handle customer issues and ensure service standards are upheld.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in similar supervisory roles within hotels, restaurants or retail stores.
• Familiarity with departmental store operations and warehouse logistics.
• Strong understanding of the consumer‑goods retail environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
