About the role

The Prevention Leader will design and implement a comprehensive risk‑management program that fosters a culture of prevention, proactivity and resilience across all business lines and branches. The role focuses on identifying and controlling inherent risks that could threaten the organization’s objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and roll out policies, protocols, procedures, guidelines and instructions aimed at mitigating inherent risks.
• Integrate national safety regulations, office security instructions and physical security directives into the risk‑management framework.
• Collaborate with business units to ensure risk controls are embedded in daily operations.
• Monitor and continuously improve the effectiveness of risk‑control measures.
• Provide training and communication to promote a preventive mindset among staff.

Required profile

• Proven experience in risk management, safety or security program implementation.
• Strong understanding of national safety regulations and corporate security practices.
• Ability to develop clear, actionable policies and procedures.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
