About the role

We are looking for a talented professional to join our Marsh MMB team as a Leader of Organizational Health and Wellness Consulting. Based in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, this hybrid position requires at least three days per week in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Design health and wellness strategies aligned with client needs.
• Develop diagnostics, situation analyses, benchmarks and strategic recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to improve employee health, prevention, adherence and overall wellbeing.
• Translate health data and organizational needs into actionable solutions.
• Advise on the structuring of measurable health and wellness programs.
• Serve as the strategic point of contact for corporate clients and present findings to senior stakeholders.
• Build long‑term, trust‑based relationships with key accounts.
• Detect commercial opportunities within existing accounts and prospects.
• Collaborate on proposals, presentations and tailored solutions.
• Coordinate internal teams and external providers to ensure high‑quality deliverables.
• Manage projects with focus on timeline, scope, impact and client satisfaction.
• Promote adoption of initiatives through communication and engagement strategies.
• Stay updated on trends in corporate health, wellness, prevention and employee benefits.

Required profile

• Solid academic background in health sciences.
• Ability to combine technical health knowledge with a strategic business perspective.
• Proven capability to understand client health needs, design relevant and measurable solutions, and build technical credibility.
• Strong orientation toward commercial growth of the consulting practice.
