Legal Analyst (Corporate and Labor Law)

About the role

The corporate Law Legal Analyst supports Horatio's Legal Department with a focus on preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research and handling corporate and labor law matters. The role covers contracts, litigation and human resources legal issues, and is a full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and assistance on human resources legal issues
• Draft, review and edit legal documents, including contracts and NDAs
• Gather documentation, evidence and data for ongoing cases or internal investigations
• Carry out procedures and investigations before public and private institutions and courts, monitoring them until finalized
• Organize case files and prepare exhibits or summaries
• Respond to internal and external legal inquiries accurately
• Track deadlines and keep legal activities on schedule

Required profile

• Law degree and bar admission
• Exequatur
• 2+ years of proven legal experience in corporate and labor law
• Experience with contracts, litigation and human resources legal matters
• Own vehicle preferred

• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Organization, time management, problem-solving and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work independently and collaboratively
• Confidentiality and professional ethics
