Learning & Development Manager

About the role

The Learning & Development Manager will lead the design, delivery and evaluation of training programmes that support Four Seasons Resort and Residences Dominican Republic’s performance standards and guest experience goals. Reporting to senior leadership, you will work closely with department heads to ensure learning initiatives align with the property’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and organise a range of development activities that contribute to the attainment of the hotel’s performance standards and goals.
• Systematically analyse training needs across all departments and deliver relevant learning solutions.
• Plan and produce departmental training plans, acting as an internal consultant to heads of departments on training issues.
• Source and recommend appropriate external training organisations or resources.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of statutory requirements and develop creative, innovative training programmes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three years of management experience in a similar learning and development role.
• Experience in hotel operations, preferably within Four Seasons, or adult education in a comparable environment.
• Experience managing across diverse cultures is a plus.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English.
