Lean Coach – Drive Value‑Stream Transformation

About the role

The Lean Coach will provide expertise and guidance to develop, document, implement and validate sustainable value‑stream transformations. You will foster cross‑functional collaboration, coach teams and embed a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Lean Six Sigma Manager to align value streams with the Lean vision and strategy.
• Coach and support value‑stream design sessions, project identification, prioritisation and aggressive throughput‑time reduction.
• Lead Kaizen events, Blitzes and Lean projects, and act as a Series A coach for Bronze Certification initiatives.
• Maintain metric integrity in eKaizen, use Lean Index assessments and provide feedback to improve transformation performance.
• Develop and mentor lean leaders, support standardisation of the Lean program and ensure cultural sustainability.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years experience in QE, IE, planning, line management or a similar role.
• Degree in Industrial Engineering or related discipline preferred.
• Bronze Lean certification (Jabil or recognised body) and proven change‑management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and financial cost‑savings analysis skills.

• Financial project cost‑savings analysis.
• Advanced PC skills and familiarity with Jabil software packages.
