Junior Travel Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Travel Advisor to join our team in a hybrid setting based in Santo Domingo. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional experiences to high‑end clients and wants to build a long‑term career in luxury travel.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone and email, providing prompt and professional assistance throughout the travel planning process.
• Research and create customized proposals for domestic and international airfare reservations using the Sabre GDS system.
• Manage and coordinate all aspects of luxury travel bookings, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
• Deliver outstanding service throughout the itinerary design, addressing client preferences and resolving any issues quickly.
• Support sales objectives by promoting luxury travel packages and collaborating with the marketing team.
• Optimize complex itineraries to meet the unique expectations of premium travelers.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, concierge, or customer service.
• Degree or training in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Native‑level English proficiency or strong fluency as a second language.
• Residency in Santo Domingo.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Sabre GDS for airfare reservations.
