Junior Procurement Analyst (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Procurement Analyst to join BairesDev’s global procurement team. The role is fully remote and offers the chance to work with a diverse group of technology professionals while supporting supplier relationships and purchase processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in processing purchase orders and maintaining accurate records.
• Support supplier relationship management and negotiate terms where appropriate.
• Help analyze procurement data, generate spend reports and monitor inventory levels.
• Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill purchasing needs.
• Learn and apply best practices in procurement and supply-chain processes.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in purchasing, procurement or a related field.
• Basic understanding of procurement principles and supply-chain management.
• Familiarity with ERP or procurement software.
• Strong analytical and negotiation abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
