Junior Contracting Manager USA & Canada

About the role

The Junior Contracting Manager for the USA & Canada will be based on‑site in Punta Cana, supporting RIU Hotels & Resorts in negotiating and managing commercial agreements with tour operators and distribution partners across North America. This full‑time position works closely with sales, revenue management and marketing teams to maximise distribution efficiency and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in negotiating contracts with tour operators and distribution partners in the United States and Canada.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and performance data to inform contract strategy.
• Collaborate with sales and revenue management to optimise distribution channels and pricing.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns and ensure contractual compliance.
• Maintain strong relationships with partners and provide ongoing support.
• Prepare reports and handle administrative tasks related to contracting activities.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with interest in hospitality contracting.
