About the role

The Trade Marketing Operations Manager for the Caribbean will ensure the highest level of point‑of‑sale execution aligned with the brand’s strategic plan. This role drives the implementation of promotional activities, merchandising, and visual impact across all commercial channels, supporting the organization’s market leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with trade specialists to identify growth opportunities in commercial channels across the country.
• Plan and coordinate exhibition, merchandising, and promotional activities with the Trade Marketing Cluster Manager and Sales Channel Managers.
• Execute point‑of‑sale plans, monitoring visibility, exhibition, and promotional performance.
• Assess trade marketing activities and investments, recommending actions to improve effectiveness.
• Control merchandising service costs by designing efficient routes for field staff.
• Standardize and implement action plans at the regional level, aligning with market opportunities and sales budgets.
• Manage the operational budget in line with annual guidelines to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in trade marketing within the food and beverage sector.
• Willingness to travel 1–2 times per month.
• Proficiency in English (approximately 50% speaking, reading, writing, translating).

Required skills

• Data analysis and interpretation.
• Advanced Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel).
