About the role

We are looking for a proactive leader to manage the laundry department at Hyatt Vivid Punta Cana. The role ensures that all linen and uniform processing is performed efficiently, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service continuity for the hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the daily operations of the laundry area, including washing, drying and distribution of linen and uniforms.
• Manage the assigned team, schedule shifts, and ensure adequate staff coverage.
• Monitor operational controls, track workflow, and address any incidents promptly.
• Coordinate closely with Housekeeping and Operations departments to align processes and meet service standards.
• Make operational decisions, plan daily activities, and ensure continuous service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operational leadership and team supervision within a laundry or hospitality environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to control and optimise laundry processes.
• Effective communication and inter‑departmental coordination abilities.
• Capacity to make timely operational decisions and handle incident follow‑up.
