IT Support Engineer Level 2 (Bilingual)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual IT Support Engineer Level 2 to manage the IT systems of our US‑based customers. You will work closely with our Level 1 team, handle complex technical issues, and support a variety of projects in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows Server, Office 365/Exchange and related email services.
• Configure and troubleshoot networking components such as DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN, RDP and firewalls (SonicWALL preferred).
• Deploy and support cloud services including Azure, Intune, SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Serve as an escalation point for higher‑level hardware and software problems and participate in on‑call rotations.
• Document procedures, system configurations and troubleshooting steps for internal use.
• Test and maintain client backup solutions and enforce security best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum four years of experience in an IT support role, preferably within an MSP environment.
• Fluent English communication skills and a strong team‑oriented attitude.
