About the role

Join the global TUI Musement IT team in Punta Cana, providing high‑level service to internal and external customers across the Caribbean and Americas region.

Key responsibilities

• Provide deskside support (in‑person or remote) for Windows 10/11, M365, and Apple devices, including imaging and troubleshooting.
• Handle onboarding and off‑boarding of users and devices such as iPads, smartphones, fixed phones, and point‑of‑sale equipment.
• Act as “smart hands” for back‑office infrastructure, including servers, firewalls, switches, NAS, and phone systems.
• Compile reports, track inventory, and participate in special projects beyond daily tasks.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience in a Help Desk environment supporting Windows 10/11, Apple OS, and smartphones.
• Fluent written and spoken English with strong, professional customer service skills.
• Comfortable maintaining high availability during shifts, either onsite or remotely via Teams.
• Willingness to learn, assist with IT budgeting, and support end‑user education (e.g., migrations to OneDrive or Teams).
