IT Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Account Manager to join our sales team in Santo Domingo. You will be responsible for building long‑term relationships with private‑sector clients and presenting our portfolio of technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic client relationships to generate recurring sales.
• Present and demonstrate cybersecurity, business continuity and ITSM solutions to existing and prospective customers.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and ensure a satisfying buying experience.
• Report opportunity status and track sales metrics aligned with company goals.
• Arrange and attend client meetings, both within and outside regular working hours, and travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Required profile

• Proven track record as an IT sales professional with a portfolio of successful accounts.
• Strong network of contacts in the technology sector.
• Ability to create positive relationships and resolve conflicts quickly.
• Willingness to travel and hold a valid passport.
• Basic proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of cybersecurity, business continuity and ITSM concepts.
• Familiarity with solutions such as Fortinet, Tenable, ManageEngine, ForeScout, VEEAM and Nutanix.
