Internal Sales Specialist

About the role

TripleTen is seeking an Internal Sales Specialist to ensure student payment continuity and boost retention. You will contact monthly‑paying students, manage overdue payments, and help prevent drop‑outs through proactive outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Collect recurring payments on time and meet collection targets.
• Resolve payment‑related concerns, handle objections, and support students in maintaining enrollment.
• Drive student retention by identifying at‑risk learners and engaging them early.
• Meet SLA targets by managing follow‑ups, due dates, and payment issues before churn occurs.
• Achieve KPIs such as collection rate, save rate, and prolongation rate.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, outcomes, and follow‑up activities in the CRM.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve processes and the student experience.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, retention, collections, customer success, or consultative sales.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and high emotional intelligence for sensitive conversations.
• Results‑driven mindset with a proven record of meeting performance targets.
• Ability to build trust, influence decisions, and guide customers toward positive outcomes.
