Inside Sales

About the role

The Inside Sales role supports the company's commercial objectives by managing sales processes and providing attentive customer service. You will work closely with clients, agents, and logistics partners to drive revenue and maintain strong relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and follow up on quotations for customers and agents.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of clients and suppliers.
• Track customer interactions and commercial opportunities.
• Communicate with shipping lines and airlines to stay informed about services and updates.
• Promote and drive inside sales according to established commercial strategies.
• Assist in planning and executing actions aimed at meeting sales targets.
• Update controls and reporting tools for the Commercial Department.
• Build and sustain effective relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners.

Required profile

• Final‑year student or graduate in International Business, Marketing, Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in similar sales or logistics positions.
• Proven experience in sales and logistics coordination.
• Basic to intermediate English proficiency.
• Strong orientation toward service, results, organization, negotiation, proactivity, and analytical ability.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
