Ingeniero Supervisor de Infraestructura

About the role

The Infrastructure Supervisor Engineer will oversee the execution of projects, maintenance tasks and initiatives of the infrastructure department, ensuring they are delivered on time, within specifications and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the correct execution of projects carried out by internal staff or contractors, monitoring time, quality and specifications.
• Manage heavy‑machinery fleets (bulldozers, excavators, loaders, rollers), optimise work cycles and monitor mechanical performance on site.
• Plan production logistics, haul routes and daily cubic‑meter targets.
• Interpret field soil behaviour, ensure proper compaction and slope management.
• Ensure works meet required quality standards and applicable regulations.
• Oversee masonry work plans, record activities and produce required reports.
• Supervise contractors and labourers, guaranteeing scope, cost, schedule and quality compliance.
• Maintain tools, materials and equipment, optimising resource use.
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets and volume calculations.
• Process procurement requests for the engineering area.
• Generate daily activity reports with progress images and weekly project reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.

Required skills

• Heavy machinery management (bulldozers, excavators, loaders, rollers).
• Production planning and logistics.
• Geotechnical field analysis (soil behaviour, compaction, slope handling).
• Cost estimation and budgeting.
• Volume calculation for cost estimates.
