About the role

The Senior Construction Engineer will lead the full lifecycle of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality, safety, and contractual standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and control construction projects from initiation to hand‑over.
• Supervise and coordinate work crews, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project schedules, costs, and performance indicators.
• Track physical and financial progress and produce regular status reports.
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Manage resources, materials, and equipment needed for project execution.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, supervisors, and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Civil Engineering degree.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in construction project execution and management.
• Proven experience leading large‑scale infrastructure or building projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction regulations, quality, and industrial safety standards.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Juan Dolió.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Project.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
