About the role
We are looking for a Civil Engineer Resident to lead and oversee construction projects, with a focus on metal structures. The role combines technical expertise with strong leadership to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and to quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Lead project teams and coordinate daily construction activities.
- Plan, schedule, and control project timelines and resources.
- Supervise the execution of metal structural works and related civil works.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Report progress to senior management and resolve technical issues on site.
Required profile
- Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Experience in construction sites, preferably with metal structures.
- Ability to work regular project schedules.
- Strong sense of responsibility and leadership.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Competence in AutoCAD for drafting and design.
