Infrastructure Administrator II

About the role

National Debt Relief is seeking an IT Administrator II to join its growing Infrastructure team. This senior hybrid Systems/Network position supports both on‑premises and cloud environments, taking ownership of critical infrastructure systems and networks to ensure high availability, security, and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support Windows Servers in physical and virtual environments, including installation, configuration, patch management, backups, and capacity monitoring.
• Manage Active Directory/Entra, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Administer routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless infrastructure, and optimize network configurations across AWS and Azure.
• Implement and enforce network security policies using Fortinet, Palo Alto, Netskope, and related tools.
• Serve as an escalation point for Level 3 issues, contribute to disaster‑recovery planning, and document SOPs and knowledge‑base articles.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent experience (preferred).
• 5+ years of hands‑on systems and/or network administration experience.
• Microsoft or network certifications (e.g., MCP, CCNA) strongly preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and PowerShell scripting.
• Background in enterprise server and networking environments, preferably with call‑center infrastructure.
