Information Technology Specialist (Level 2+)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Information Technology Specialist (Level 2+) to serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues and oversee day‑to‑day IT operations. The role combines hands‑on support, system administration, network management and security responsibilities within a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2/3 support for hardware, software, network and system incidents, meeting defined SLAs.
• Administer identity and access solutions such as Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta or Google Workspace, handling provisioning, policy enforcement and off‑boarding.
• Monitor, maintain and troubleshoot local network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, Wi‑Fi) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, M365).
• Deploy, configure and manage Windows and macOS endpoints using MDM tools (Intune, Jamf) and enforce endpoint protection.
• Assist with infrastructure upgrades, system migrations, security audits and produce clear technical documentation and knowledge‑base articles.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of experience in IT support, systems administration or desktop engineering.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities, excellent written and verbal communication and the capacity to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, Microsoft Enterprise Admin Associate or CCNA are a plus.

• Security and compliance basics – SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA.
