Information Technology Specialist (Level 2+)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Information Technology Specialist to serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues and to oversee day‑to‑day IT operations. The role combines advanced support, system administration, and network management in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2/3 support for hardware, software, network, and system incidents, meeting SLA targets.
• Manage identity and access solutions (Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta, Google Workspace) including provisioning and off‑boarding.
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot local network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, Wi‑Fi) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Microsoft 365).
• Deploy and manage Windows and macOS endpoints using MDM tools (Intune, Jamf) and enforce endpoint protection.
• Assist with infrastructure upgrades, system migrations, security audits, and maintain technical documentation and knowledge‑base articles.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of hands‑on IT support, systems administration, or desktop engineering experience.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities, excellent written and verbal communication, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities independently.

Required skills

• Windows and macOS enterprise environments.
• Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs.
• Identity management: Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta, Google Workspace.
• Cloud services: AWS, Azure, Microsoft 365.
• MDM tools: Intune, Jamf.
• Ticketing systems: Jira, ServiceNow, Freshservice.
• Scripting: PowerShell, Bash, Python.
